When we train on Crossfit rig and bars such as pull up, toe to bar, double under and etc, our palm got the blister super easily. And it drove us crazily by the blister broken and it’s almost not possible to keep training. We have also tried a few hand grips in the market, but none of them works well. Soon we developed our own hand grips that protect palm well and also helps to grabbing.
